Experience the beauty of nature and its native forest dwellers

Located right on the Dutch border (Gendringen/Isselburg) in Germany is the Biotopwildpark Anholter Schweiz. In this historic park, featuring a replica of Lake Lucerne and a Swiss chalet, no fewer than 45 European animal species live in large, natural enclosures spread across 56 hectares. The walk-through enclosures featuring donkeys, goats, and fallow deer, a playground, and public feeding times for the wolves, badgers, otters, and bears are the highlights for children. Private tours and children’s parties can be booked upon request.
