‍EVERYYEAR: Collection Dr. Georg and Eva Ratermann

In 2021, the Verein für Museumsförderung Kevelaer e.V. received a donation from Dr. Georg and Eva Ratermann of Mühlheim an der Ruhr. The diverse private art collection contains a wide variety of objects from different eras and genres. The first part of the collection will be made accessible to the public and at the same time the process of restoration of various objects will be included in the mediation of the exhibition. Since Jan. 15, 2023, works of art from the 18th century to World War II have been on display. Works by artists Wilhelm Lehmbruck, Otto Mueller, Josef Scharl and Theodor Rocholl can be found on the walls of the newly designed permanent exhibition space.
