Caravan passion in Düsseldorf, People's enthusiasm for the vacation form of camping continues to grow

At the CARAVAN SALON taking place from August 25 to September 3, 2024, visitors can look forward to a unique offer around mobile leisure. "Passion, which connects," is the motto. Once again, the Düsseldorf trade fair grounds will be the main meeting point for caravaning enthusiasts for ten days. At the world's largest fair for motorhomes, caravans and equipment, more than 700 exhibitors in 16 halls and on the outdoor area present leisure vehicles for every taste and budget. In addition to motorhomes, caravans and camping vans, vehicle technology, components and extension parts, tents, mobile homes, caravanning and camping accessories & equipment, outdoor clothing and equipment, tourist destinations and nature regions, camping and stepping areas are among the offerings.

The countdown has begun: CARAVAN SALON is drawing ever closer and will once again attract caravaning fans from Europe and other continents to Düsseldorf from the end of August. Messe Düsseldorf and its cooperation partner Caravaning IndustrieVerband (CIVD) are looking forward with great pleasure to the 61st CARAVAN SALON, which, after two editions at the time of corona, is on the way back to its original strong form. What is special in Düsseldorf is the enormous range of products on offer in more halls than ever before. From mini caravans with sleeping units and cooking facilities for the small purse to rolling luxury mobiles -everything the caravaning heart desires can be found there. At CARAVAN SALON, almost all renowned national and international manufacturers present the latest generations of motorhomes and caravans.

In Hall 3, the themes "equipment & outdoor" and "travel & nature" take center stage. In the equipment & outdoor segment, suppliers of tents, folding caravans, caravaning and camping equipment and outdoor clothing and equipment will present their offerings. In the travel & nature segment, visitors will find the entire range of caravaning and camping tourism products. The most attractive camping and camping sites, the most beautiful regions and the most versatile leisure activities are presented here. At the heart of Hall 3 is the "Travel & Nature connected" stage, with a diverse and informative mix of entertainment and presentations. The interactive lectures connect stage presentations with digital performances, where interested parties can also participate online and ask their questions via a chat function.

Also, from the beginning of July it will be possible on the CARAVAN SALON website, to make reservations for overnight stays on Pitch 1 (P1).
